Train together and feel the community spirit!In our group fitness studio, you’ll find a wide range of classes — from Stram Op (Toning) and Circuit Training to Yoga, Pilates, Step, Crossdance, Strength, Functional, and Core/Stability.With over 20 classes every week, both mornings and evenings, you can always find a workout that fits your level and your schedule.

Treat yourself after your workout to a nice hot shower and a visit to our complimentary sauna, available in both the women’s and men’s changing rooms.In the women’s changing room, you’ll also find make-up mirrors and an extra focus on comfort and well-being — the perfect way to finish your workout.

Refuel before or after your workout with a selection of healthy snacks, cold drinks, and protein products.The vending machine is easy to use with card (chip or contactless) or via app — fast, convenient, and always right at your fingertips.

Sauna

A post-workout sauna boosts recovery, improves circulation, and lowers stress.Regular use increases endurance, speeds muscle repair, and supports cardiovascular health. Fitness United offers saunas in both the men’s and women’s changing rooms — a luxury you’ll rarely find in typical gyms.
